Preparation and Usage:

• Dosage for Indigestion:
  • Adults: Take 5-10 ml (one to two 5 ml spoonfuls) as needed, up to a maximum of 60 ml (twelve 5 ml spoonfuls) in 24 hours.
  • Children aged 3-12: Give 5 ml (one 5 ml spoonful) as needed, up to a maximum of 30 ml (six 5 ml spoonfuls) in 24 hours.
  • Children under 3: Use only on the advice of a doctor.
  • Duration: Do not use for more than 14 days.
• Dosage for Constipation:
  • Adults: Take 30-45 ml (six to nine 5 ml spoonfuls) at bedtime. Adjust the dose nightly until constipation is relieved.
  • Children aged 3-12: Give 5-10 ml (one to two 5 ml spoonfuls) at bedtime.
  • Children under 3: Use only on the advice of a doctor.
  • Duration: Do not use for more than 3 days.
